Software delivery
All software is delivered by download from the internet. Licence
IDs and downloading instructions will be sent to the email address
specified on the order form, normally within 24 hours.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on software purchases.
Short-term evaluation licences are available
and we strongly suggest that you try the software before you buy it.
Credit card payments
Credit card payments are processed in Australian dollars through
our Bank.
A receipt for the payment will be sent to the email address that you
enter on the purchase form.
