Purchase of Subscription Service

All licences include 12 months' free support and updates. This form provides the information needed to extend the support and updates for further periods of 12 months.

The subscription service is available only for the same computer as your current licence, and must be purchased no later than one month after expiry of your free or extended support.

The cost of extending support and updates for 12 months is 25% of the cost of a new licence for your category (general / university and single-computer / network) as shown in our current price list.

Payment may be made by credit card, bank check, bank transfer, or purchase order. Credit card purchasers will be transferred to a secure server for capture of card details. Alternatively, card details can be faxed to +61 2 9012 0631.
